In this four-session approach to anxiety we’ll explore the things that contribute to your anxiety and use hypnosis to help you reframe the way you perceive those things, leaving you much more calm and relaxed as a result.

A past life regresssion ( PLR ) session can be very useful. You don’t need to believe in it. We ask the unconcious to show you something from a past life that is relevant to this one. The information and experience you gain can give you insight in this life. If you’re open and willing to explore, this session could be for you. Sessions typically last around 90 minutes.
